Apple Cider Vinegar - Our natural cider vinegar is 100% pure apple juice naturally fermented without chemicals, additives, colours, flavourings or preservatives. It is rich and tasty and one of the best functional health foods available. Unfiltered and unpasteurised with the ‘mother’. It is rich in pectin, trace minerals, vitamins, friendly bacteria and enzymes.
What is the difference between ordinary clear processed vinegars & apple cider vinegar? Well, only unfiltered and unpasteurised apple cider vinegar has the “mother”. It is the “mother” that makes the vinegar so beneficial. The “mother” is made-up of living nutrients, enzymes and friendly bacteria. You can actually see the “mother” gently forming as a haze in the bottle. Clear vinegars are stripped of everything beneficial by the process of making the vinegar clear.
Apple cider vinegar has been shown to reduce blood pressure as well as cholesterol levels. It is also said to be beneficial for cancer, arthritis, eczema, gallstones, kidney stones, hay fever, constipation, better digestion, headaches, chronic fatigue, dandruff and much more! In addition, many people use apple cider vinegar as a weight loss aid.
Apple cider vinegar is also a good natural supplement for animals and pets. It is used to help control fleas/ticks and even helps to promote a healthy shiny coat. Apple cider vinegar is regularly given to chickens and horses for multiple health benefits!
